Agricultural Tie Mortgages

Agricultural tie mortgages are mortgages with restrictions in the mortgage deeds known as agricultural ties and are a specialist area of mortgage finance. Agricultural tie mortgages usually specify that any purchaser of the land is in agricultural employment or has been in the recent past.
