Remortgaging with Debt Management Plan

We have a debt management plan in place and have so for 2 years. We want to remortgage and possibly move home. We want to clear off debts, paying the debt plan with full and final settlement which is in region of 30k. Our home has been valued at 270,000 and want to buy a bigger home in region of 340,000. My wife and I are 63 and my Daughter is 33. We would like to sell our property with an equity of around £200k, which we would use as a deposit on a property of around £400. Are we able to get a three way joint mortgage over say 20-25 years? Thanks Reg

Primary School Teacher abroad looking to buy UK property

Hello, I am a primary school teacher that is currently teaching internationally in order to save money for a deposit for a property in London. I have a sizeable deposit now of 60k and I am interested in buying a property with the view of living in it when I return to London in the next 2-3 years. I am 33 years old with no debts outstanding. Interest Only To Repayment with Defaults

I am currently on an interest only mortgage due to redundancy 6 years ago. When I wanted to go back onto repayment we were told we didn't qualify, so been stuck on interest only.

I have Credit card debt of £60k and a secured loan of 35k. There are 11 defaults, no CCJs never arrears on mortgage or utilities. I've used the loan to partially full and final settle some of the credit cards so there is £25k remaining. My existing mortgage is £136000 and the house is valued at £320000 joint income of £54000 ages 49 and 53.can we get a repayment mortgage for 170k to consolidate mortgage and loan debt over 15 years.

Can My Mother Get An Interest Only Mortgage

Hi, my parents have a mortgage of £135,000 on their house worth £250,000. They paid off the original mortgage on their house but took this one out to help my sister and I put down deposits on our homes. We have always paid the interest only payments, but the current mortgage company will not re-mortgage after May 2017 when the term on this mortgage ends.

My parents have a good pension and excellent credit histories so I am fairly sure that you would be able to help get a mortgage. My mother is becoming increasingly concerned about this problem and is worried about having to go through the re-mortgaging process, particularly as it is my sister and I that owe the money!! Would it be possible for me to manage the re-mortgaging process for them if they give written permission? Thanks Katie
