Parents over 60 looking to buy with Daughter

on 28 April 2016.

My wife and I are 63 and my Daughter is 33. We would like to sell our property with an equity of around £200k, which we would use as a deposit on a property of around £400. Are we able to get a three way joint mortgage over say 20-25 years? Thanks Reg

Hi Reg,

Thanks for your enquiry.

We assist a growing number of clients over the age of 60 looking to purchase a property with their children. We can successfully help using up to 4 applicants income's and work with lenders who have no maximum age. We will need to ensure the mortgage will be suitable and affordable for the duration of the term and will also idenitfy any risks, ensuring you're in a position to make every payment.

If you just wish to obtain an indication on whether we are able to assist you, given your specific circumstances, I'd recommend speaking to one of our Advisers on 02077100400 or send us an enquiry online and one of our Advisers will call you back.
