Offset Mortgages
Offset Mortgages - Offset mortgages allow the borrower to reduce their interest rate payments by offsetting a credit balance against the mortgage debt. Offset mortgages are usually available for a finite period, usually between two and ten years. However, some lenders may offer one year offset mortgages, and others may offer up to twenty five year offset mortgages. Offset mortgages allow for some flexibility and may be suitable for borrowers with savings. At Capital Fortune, our experts are in contact with a range of lenders who offer offset mortgages. We offer or clients a holistic view of the products available on the market, going through the range of offset mortgages, and looking beyond the headline rates into the fine print of the lenders’ offset mortgages.
