The process took a painfully long time and documents that seemed to be acceptable weren't.... however, to be fair, I think that much of this was driven by Santander who seemed to reject documents without cause and were generally downright awkward to deal with. If it wasn't for the rate with Santander I would have pulled out, they are a nightmare.


Efficient, on the ball and a very good service. It is a difficult process to obtain a mortgage 'on-line' ~ there are very many hoops to jump through and a great deal of paperwork to obtain.

During the process of acquiring the various documents, ones patience is sorely tested on occasions, but Capital Fortune remained polite and efficient.
