Capital Fortune Announce Lowest Ever Tracker Rate - 1.98%Capital Fortune are pleased to announce their lowest ever tracker rate starting at just 1.98% for residential mortgages up to 60% of the value of a property. The mortgage product is available for both residential purchases and remortgages. The mortgage tracks the Bank of England Base Rate + 1.48% until 31st January 2011. This gives an initial rate payable of just 1.98%. The rate then reverts to a Tracker rate for the lifetime of the mortgage at Bank of England + 2.49% giving a current rate payable of 2.99%. The lender whill charge a £999 arrangement fee which can either be paid upfront, on completion or added to the loan. The mortgage is available up to 60% of the property value. There are 2% Early Repayment Charges payable until 31st January 2013. The mortgage is only available for lending between £200,000 and £500,000.
