Ask the Specialist response:

Thank you for your enquiry.

Capital Fortune successfully assist clients looking to buy their property under the right to buy scheme when the block is made of concrete panels.

Unfortunately, the interest rates are slightly higher, typically starting at 6.5%. In addition, the deposit (which can include the right to buy discount) is typically also restricted to 55% of the open market value.

If you just wish to obtain an indication on whether we are able to assist you, given your specific circumstances, I'd recommend speaking to one of our Advisers on 02077100400 or send us an enquiry online and one of our Advisers will call you back.
